Refund policy

We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you're not completely satisfied with

your order due to valid concerns, you may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following

conditions:

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may return an item or request a replacement if:

The product is damaged upon delivery

The product is expired upon receipt

The item is incorrect or does not match the description posted on the website

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

The request must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the item.

The item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unopened and untampered, with complete tags and labels
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
  • An unboxing video is to be submitted for verification process.

Return Request Process

1. Send a Return Request

  • Email: pharmacovigilance@pims-marketing.com
  • Subject: Return Request – [Your Order Number]

2. Include the following details:

  • Full name and contact number
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the item and packaging (clearly showing damage, expiration date, or incorrect
  • item)
  • A copy of your receipt or order confirmation

3. Return Review

  • Our customer service team will review your request within 24 – 36 hours.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be sent via email

 

Refund Process

If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement:

  • Follow the same steps as the Return request above
  • If your refund is approved by management, the refund will be processed through your original

Payment method:

  • GCash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card reversal
  • Processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider

Important Notes

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or opened products (unless visibly defective or expired)

Pharmline Medforce Inc. reserves the right to decline returns or refunds that do not meet these conditions
