General Shipping Information

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, including an order summary and tracking details (if available).
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery location and the total value of your order. Free shipping options are available for qualifying orders.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (for applicable locations) to monitor its status and estimated delivery date.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to verification and preparation, which typically take 1-2 working days before shipment.

 

Delivery Areas and Couriers

We deliver nationwide, depending on our courier’s serviceable zones:

  • In-house Riders: For deliveries within the Greater Manila Area (GMA).
  • Partner Courier (WExpress): For provincial deliveries.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the destination:

  • Metro Manila: 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Provincial Areas:
    • Luzon: 3-5 working days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
    • Visayas and Mindanao: 5-14 working days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

 

Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Orders with a minimum value of Php 5,000.00 qualify for free delivery within Metro Manila.
  • For provincial areas, free delivery is available for orders totaling Php 10,000.00 or more.

 

Delivery Confirmation

Please verify that all items in your order match the delivery note before signing to acknowledge receipt. Return the signed delivery note to our logistics partner upon confirmation.

 

Delays and Exceptions

Deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Inclement weather conditions.
  • Local quarantine restrictions or unforeseen logistical issues.

We will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible under such circumstances.

 

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day, with delivery timelines adjusted accordingly.
