Diclegis (Doxylamine succinate 10 mg, pyridoxine HCI 10 mg) is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of nausea & vomiting of pregnancy in women who do not respond to conservative management.

Product Usage: Initially 2 tab at bedtime on day 1. If symptoms are adequately controlled the next day, continue taking 2 tab at bedtime. If symptoms persist in the afternoon of day 2, continue taking 2 tab at bedtime on day 2 & take 3 tab on day 3 (1 tab in the morning & 2 tab at bedtime). If symptoms are not adequately controlled on day 3, take 4 tab starting on day 4 (1 tab in the morning, 1 tab in the mid-afternoon & 2 tab at bedtime). Max recommended daily dose: 4 tab.

Warnings: Hypersensitivity to the active substances; Concomitant use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) (see Interactions); Concomitant use with potent inhibitors of CYP450 isoenzymes; Porphyria.
